You are responsible for all activities that occur via your account. You agree to notify ORGO LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Privacy

Your use of the Application is subject to ORGO LLC's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Third-Party Links & Ads

The Application may contain links to third-party websites and controllers, and/or display advertisements for third parties. Such Third-Party Links & Ads are not under the control of ORGO LLC, and ORGO LLC is not responsible for any Third-Party Links & Ads.

Termination

ORGO LLC may terminate your access to and use of the Application, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you.

Governing Law

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the state where ORGO LLC is located without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Dispute Resolution

You and ORGO LLC agree that any dispute that arises under these Terms will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.
